Two years as the one-person web and IT department
The problem
A multi-branch business needed its websites maintained, UX improved and IT kept running across four locations, without juggling a separate supplier for each.
What I did
I developed and maintained eight-plus sites, prototyped UX improvements to conversion paths, and ran the IT estate: 50+ devices, MDM-secured tablet rollouts, and a company-wide payment gateway upgrade.
