The problem
Job tracking and delivery confirmation ran on paperwork, slow to reconcile, easy to lose, and no live picture of the day's work.
What I did
I delivered a job-tracking app with photo proof-of-delivery upload, used daily by a team of 50+ drivers.
The outcome
The office sees job status in real time, and disputes are settled with a photo rather than a phone call.
