The problem

A global provider of defence and military training needed internal operations and logistics tooling built to strict security protocols, role-based access and auditability as first-class features, not afterthoughts.

What I did

Working to the client's strict security requirements, through a Dorset digital agency, I designed and built role-based internal systems supporting operations and logistics workflows, enabling cross-departmental alignment.

The outcome

The systems now handle 10,000+ user interactions a month.
